Safety concern!

The number of families choosing to pick up students at the back of the school where our walkers exit has increased unsafe practices that are putting our student’s at risk. If you choose to pick your child up at the back of the school, please remember:

  • Cars may not block driveways or park in driveways.
  • Cars may not block crosswalks or impede the crosswalk in any way.
  • Cars may not park in a way that obstructs our crossing guards or students’ ability to walk safely.
We strive to keep our students safe not only at school but also on route to and from school.

Please reach out to Mrs. Klatt, principal, with any concerns.

Future Chef

Future Chefs Culinary Competition returns May 8th, 2026. All 4th and 5th grade students are encouraged to submit a recipe for their
favorite “Afternoon Snack”.

This event is designed to encourage and educate our kids in Healthy Eating Habits. Too often we hear about our kids not making the best food choices. Here is the opportunity for your student to show how they have improved and reimagined their favorite “Afternoon Snack” to make it healthy and nutritious.

Here is How it Works

Students submit their recipes to their school office by Friday, March 27th,2026. A panel of administrators will choose the two best recipes from each school to participate in our competition on Friday, May 8th, 2026, at Sno-Isle Skills Center. This event runs from 2:30pm to 5:00pm, giving the chosen Chefs the chance to prepare and display their recipes for parents and our distinguished judges.
