Change of Contact/Emergency information

In the event of an emergency or if your child is ill or injured, it is critically important that we can contact you. Please notify the office of any changes to contact information such as new phone number, address, emergency contact, etc., as soon as possible.

In the event that school staff is unable to contact you, or a listed emergency contact, during an emergency situation, we will use our best judgement about what to do for your child, including contacting 911, if needed.
